 In this episode of My Sober Addiction we are getting into spirituality. Particularly,  the differences between spirituality and religion. Ohhh, dear loved on, there are differences! For instance, one of my favorite quotes since I’ve been living sober after active addiction and becoming a spiritual seeker is, “Religion is for people who are scared of hell, while spirituality is for those who have already lived through it.” As controversial and even downright offensive as that may be, if you grew up even mildly religious and survived addiction and found spirituality then it probably rings true to you.
